Here logs showing you're using export dvd dump from shared or from network path,first you need to copy all the required media on to the system itself,try to avoid fetching it from any network location or shared directories.

After copying try to provide the new export dvd path to the procedure and execute the process again.

If still persists issue then share import_monitor.java.log, import_monitor.log and sapinst_dev.log files again if required.
