(TSK) ERROR: file C:\Program Files\sapinst_instdir\NW700\LM\COPY\MSS\SYSTEM\HA\AS-ABAP\DB\SAPAPPL1_1.TSK.bck already seems to exist

For the issue kindly refer SAP Note 455195 - R3load: Use of TSK filesand  use command

R3load -merge_only SAPAPPL1_1.TSK
