Seems that you have encountered the issue described on note

1553208 -  SQL error -1 with severity 0

Can you please apply the latest dbsl patch for your current kernel
and check whether you still get this behaviour ? We advise you to
also apply the database independent kernel patch. For the pacth apply
please refer to note 19466.
